Players who were impacted by this should have a confirmation email sent soon notifying them of the ban reversal.

5 million is the *peak* thanks to the event, the last time FN had this CCU was last year, around Chapter launch. And this is number across all platforms, not one. Regular daily FN CCU fluctuates between 600K and 1.7mln. Then his number is split across 8 regions and the split is uneven. Then you have those numbers split across hundreds of playlists. And then within those playlists you have subvariants for solo/duo/squads.

If that was the case half of that number wouldn't be able to get into the game at all, not just the matches and from what I saw the issues started when people started to leave the game after taking down Doom (yes, a lot of people leaving the match at the same time can do that!)

For an actual answer, that is a fallback texture to prevent a thing that is supposed to show a texture, show no texture. The image you’re seeing always exists in Unreal Engine (and always has, since the beginning), and will show up if something is missing or not downloaded or maybe somethin went wrong. No cause for alarm or worry

Good catch! This is a bug on our end and we'll be replacing the extra one with a different Spray in a future game update before it becomes available to unlock.

Note for iPad players in the European Union: the iPadOS 18 Beta allows access to the Epic Games Store. This Beta is not officially supported by Fortnite, so you may not have the same experience as on iPhone. Official support will come after iPadOS 18 launches in the EU.
