Android 10 is in a similar situation as iOS 13 was during its first launch. This is a new OS and our team is working on the issues with Android 10. Our team has this has a high priority, just as we did with iOS 13 beta/initial launch.

Any other info you can provide? Device, how often does this happen? Game mode specific? Any details would be great.

You can not changed FPS while in game. This must be done in the lobby before joining a game.

Thanks for the report /u/tx_drew! We've investigated this issue and it looks like some players may not see their Stocking full when first entering the Lodge.

Opening a Present, playing a game, or re-logging should fix this and fill the Stocking with the appropriate challenge.

Our team is still digging in and investigating this issue. If you have an Xbox or Playstation controller available, can you try plugging it in and trying to open the present? Please let me know if that works :)

Are you using a special keyboard or controller?

Could you try to open a gift then leave the Lodge and select the Feedback option from the top-right menu. Add "Winterfest issue" in Subject and Body of the bug and submit.

Please let me know when you've submitted and we can check your logs and investigate this issue.

No I never use hideouts, this was just after picking up the gun. Dropping didn't fix the issue. I played the whole game without a crosshair. Also your jedi swords are broken. My other video in my profile shows me getting killed when I am behind the light saber. This update is very buggy!
