We've noticed in the past that when players have buttons overlapping each other it can cause issues with the input. Since your edit button and build buttons overlap, even though it is not visible it could the cause of your issue. Would recommend increasing the size of your wall button versus making 3 buttons overlap each other as well.
I’m on a iPhone 7 Plus and on iOS 13.3 beta 3 on my phone and unable to log in Fortnite and crashes and get error message

How often has this been occurring to you? Are you able to hard close the application and relaunch and see what that does.
So far only once. I did a normal rotation in this specific game nothing out of the ordinary. I just played duos, used a boat and everything was fine. That’s all the information I can give you. I hope it helps.

Jumping back in here to try and better set expectations. This issue with the friends list is more complicated then it appears. Not every bug is the same, some require simple changes that we can knock out in a patch and others are more complicated, like this one.
This bug was reported and we thought we had a fix as it wasnt seen from our QA side for a while. Around patch v11.10 is when we started seeing more reports from players and we relayed that information to the team. The team is working on resolving this but due to the nature of the issue, the fix will be closer to the seasons end.
If we have any updates about this issue we will be sure to let everyone know.

What error message are you receiving? Also what device do you play on?
Has this only happened to you once while playing? If there are any details you could summarize that could help our team get a solid reproduction that would be super helpful!

I’m on an iPhone 11 and had hitching issues today. The hitching doesn’t happen every game but the massive frame drops do, and they get worse upon encountering other players. I’ve seen my frames hover between 51-60 and drop to 35-40 for long periods of time as action intensifies, and for very brief but crucial moments, even dropping single digits?! I can only wish I were exaggerating here.
I play with low graphics/reduced 3D res/0 ping/~50% brightness/no other apps open/75% available storage, background app refresh/automatic updates/location services/notifications all off, and put my device in front of a fan to prevent overheating. Matter of fact, my entire squad plays on devices with the processing power & memory of an iPhone XR or BETTER, yet we’ve ALL been experiencing insane frame drops and occasional games with screen stutters (when stuttering does ...
We know some higher-end devices are also having issues. My statement was the this was mostly affecting lower-mid end devices.
