I've passed this thread along to some of our engineers/programmers so that they can look at the feedback.

We’ve resolved the issue on iOS that was preventing players from creating new accounts.

We're definitely keeping eyes on this and will be addressing stability in further updates.

We're aware of an issue where if you didn't have Show FPS turned on before v11.20 it now doesn't show as an option to toggle. This should be resolved in a future update.

L2 spam is not a thing with the new controller adjustments that were made in Season X. SBMM puts you lobbies of comparable skill level players, if you are losing, you will eventually get placed into lower level matches.
