If you have a current email conversation going with support I would contact them about a refund, I am unable to do anything on that side. Sorry about the issue Jordan, this issue affected a very small amount of players but i understand the frustration.

Just wanted to point out that this is not the case at all and this is not forgotten about. For comparison, you can find the PS4 hitching tweet here: https://twitter.com/FortniteStatus/status/1190255048070238209?s=20 when you look at the dates you can see it went 1 week before getting resolved.

First Match Medals are now properly granting XP.

Daily Medal Punchcards are now properly updating with today’s new card. If you don't see it, please exit the game and relaunch.

We're aware of the First Match Medal not granting XP and are working on a fix.

We’re investigating reports that the Daily Medal Punchcard didn’t reset properly and is still showing yesterday’s card.

We’ll provide an update as we have more info.

Great story. I've been playing with my son since October 2017 when we launched, and he's now a million miles better than me but we still have a great time hanging out on the island a few nights a week :)

I've worked on many games, most of them M rated, so it's great to be on a project that I can enjoy with my kids. Glad you players out there feel the same way!!
