We’ve released patch v11.00.1 on Android to address some issues, including:

• Some settings being reset due to an error with the Chapter 2 launch. If you haven't logged in since the launch of Chapter 2, your settings will remain as they were.
• The wrong Achievements showing as completed.

v11.00.1 will also be released on Nintendo Switch and iOS. We will update you on our @FortniteStatus Twitter account when it is.

• The screen appearing cropped/zoomed-in on consoles.

I understand English is not your first language. But when you construction keys, do you mean the build buttons? Such as the floor, ramp, wall? What do you mean appear between two edit? The edit button?

I actually put 14 there, 7 felt a little light... but I thought there should be some connection to the meme ;)

If I recall, this issue was fixed several patches ago? I have not run into it myself recently. Is this still happening for you? If so please dont tie up this thread and make a new on.

Check your DMs

For Android players who are still having this issue can you please hook your device up to your PC and try the following:

1. Open files app
   
2. Internal storage
   
3. Select Android
   
4. Select Data
   
5. Select com.epicgames.fortnite
   
6. Select Files
   
7. Select UE4 Game
   
8. Select Fortnite Game
   
9. Select Fortnite Game again
   
10. Select Saved
    
11. Select Logs

Please send me the logs. This will help the team figure out the cause.
