Evidence: I can send whatever you need, screenshots of the settings, the mic working perfectly on the PS4, etc.  I found on internet (reddit and epic games bugs webpage) a ton of posts of people with the same problem, no feedback at all, not a single epic games answer.

Wanted to drop by and confirm it has been reported to the QA team and we're looking into it.

It should be noted that while .05 is the lowest possible time under perfect conditions for initial structure placement, network conditions are a factor, and can have an effect on the placement time.

However, there was no intentional change implemented for this in the v8.40. Thanks for the report!

We've identified an issue that may cause the Item Shop timer to appear incorrect. This is a visual bug only. The Item Shop will refresh at 0000 UTC as usual. A fix will be implemented after the next item shop refresh.

We're starting to gather more data around this but it seems like the command line is not improving performance for players. We're still investigating the issue and reviewing data.

We're aware that the 8.40 update did not resolve all of the performance issues players were reporting in 8.30. We're continuing to investigate the issue. Additionally the command line we included in our patch notes has not been effective in improving performance in 8.40

The extension is ongoing while we work with Apple to meet their requirements. Apple has its own policy and guidelines when it comes to certification, that includes an up to 48-hour review process.

We’ve resolved the issues preventing players on iOS from being able to download the v8.40 update.
