I'll try to get clarification to see if I am correct, but I think you should be able to use the Fortnite Competitive Anti Cheat form and just put something like "N/A" down for "Player(s) in-game name(s) you are reporting".
My understanding is that form goes to the Anti Cheat team.
That's correct. You can use that form and use the "Other" option to report this example. Same thing applies if you see websites doing that. For player name, N/A or Reporting a discord would work here.

Due to an issue, the fishing Legacy “Master Angler” does not complete if the last fish caught was in Battle Labs.
Workaround
Catching any fish in a core mode (Solo, Duos, Trios, or Squads) after the collection is complete will trigger the Legacy

The Action to “Leave” the hiding spot must be used instead of just jumping out.
Description
Kor’s Questline to “Deal Damage within 30 seconds of hiding in a Haystack, Dumpster, or Flusher” will only complete if the damage dealt was within 30 seconds of entering the hiding spot. Not 30 seconds from leaving the hiding spot.
Workaround
Make sure to deal damage within 30 seconds of hiding in a Haystack, Dumpster, or Flusher.
