I myself have both Left Shift applied to Boost on both the UFO and Cars keybind, is Left Shift bound to anything else in your controls outside of vehicle controls that it might be causing the warning? (building, weapon slots, etc)

Description Epic quests that were part of the Rift Tour quests do not count towards completion of the “Complete Epic Quests” Superman challenge but do visually appear to increase the counter.
Workaround Be sure to complete the Epic weekly quests to meet the requirements of this challenge. Epic quests that were part of the Rift Tour quests do not count towards completion.
