Doom Skulls do activate Ice Fragment, both Doom Skulls and Uber Doom Skulls.
I originally thought they weren’t, when they would also take out Frozen Shieldbreaker in the same turn (testing with Uber Doom Skulls). But that was only the case when troop was destroyed before the trait could be triggered.
So, if Frozen Shieldbreaker is killed by a skull match, resulting in enough damage to kill it, the trait isn’t triggered because the Troop is dead…
But if they are killed by exploded skulls, the trait triggers. As it triggers in this order:

This can occur when there is a short amount of time before it begins, and in the back data Guild Wars is still being “set up”

Just heard back from the team, these appear to be intended. But will be reviewed in the future.
Daemon Gnome - Currently aware it is only dropping one compared to the other common Gnomes which drop x4. Linked to when that troop first released. Intended at the moment.
Mana Surge Gnomes - Believe this is due to Mana Surge Gnomes being new a new Troop.
The Emperor - Even though a Legendary, as it is used to craft in the Soulforge it will drop x1 compared to Cedric.
Again, I brought all of this up with the team and they plan to review it future.

I’ve passed this suggestion on to the team! This alternative to when you can’t trigger a Pet event, would work well with the suggestion of being able to manually select when bait is used, which has also been passed on.
