I’ve passed this along to the devs. I am unsure if this is the result of a bug, so I have asked the experts.
We will be back in action again next week, as we are slowly easing lockdown restrictions. 
Sorry for the late reply on this. I’ve made some notes and will present them to our team. I can’t guarantee that anything will change, but there might be a way to improve these processes moving forward.

Unfortunately we were unable to reproduce this issue in house as we were able to unlock the achievement on PC. Please try again and if it doesn’t trigger send through the day/time you attempted it, along with you invite code and we’ll look into this
