This isn’t intended behaviour, and I’ve submitted a bug report for it.

Hey team, we checked our servers and showed no downtime in Gems of War over the weekend. We had had a small number of reports from the US, but quite a few from Germany. It looks like there may an issue with the connection that is out of our control, as the Amazon servers have been stable.

Please let us know if this persists, and which country you are in if it does.

Information regarding game modes or teams would help best.

@pewiha The official PlayStation 4 version of the game started with version 1.0 and for each release it is incremented by 0.01.

As far as I know this is a standard Sony practice which is different from the way we increment our versions at Infinity Plus Two.

Each platform has different requirements and official standards for our submission process which we follow and for Sony this is one of them

Gems of War actually released on Playstation around a year after iOS (which was the first platform the game was released on), so Sony’s standard versioning practices weren’t a concern so early on when we originally started ...

I would also recommend not trying to hit the limit just in case there’s extra mail for some members (like uncollected event rewards or gifts from Guild mates. Also, within 12 hours of weekly reset is usually also a bad time as there’s a lot of mail waiting for everyone to collect so if everyone isn’t online some people may miss out.

Deleting your save data will NOT make you lose your account or progress.

• Your game progress is saved on our game servers, not on your Switch and deleting things off your Switch cannot erase data from our game servers.

If not, have a look in “All software” for the game and let me know if you can open it there.
