Hey Harold Gillies,

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to see you're having some issues with your achievements in Hell Let Loose.

Just to confirm, this is the "No armor, read the rules - destroy a tank on a Skirmish map match" achievement, you destroyed a tank to meet the requirements and the achievement did not pop for you?

Get back to us when you can.

Hey 魔法少女技安,

We're sorry to see you're experiencing some issues with your class levels in Hell Let Loose.

Usually, this happens when there is a disconnection with your Steam client or the servers - we find players who experience this disconnect often get their progress back when they next close out the game and log back in.

Some players have found that their progress was restored after logging back in and playing a couple of matches first.

Luckily, all progress made in Hell Let Loose is stored server side so your progress will still be there and you won't have lost anything.

Please do let us know if you are still having this issue after playing some matches when logging back in and if so we can investigate this further :)

Regards,
Team17 Support

Hey Giuliani,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with this crash error.

Please make sure that you're not using any overclocking software and disable any overclocking if you are.

If the problem continues when the software is closed or not installed, can you please go to the game setting and change the video option from window to Fullscreen.

If that doesn't work then please navigate to the following directory:
Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content
and delete the Paks folder.

Then open Steam, right-click on Hell Let Loose, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files.
Then please retest the game.

If that doesn't work as well, then we would recommend running a memory test check.
You can find a few options in ... Read more
