Today's restart is not to address this or any other bugs that may have shown up from Update 1.12
Once fixes are ready, we will release them in a hotfix patch.
We will be bringing down the PC live servers immediately for a server restart.
This restart will be to help alleviate the network errors preventing a majority of players from being able to connect to a match in the last hour.
