Legendary items are not supposed to have any effect on gameplay.
I'm more worried about Weird Sisters, Bone Doctors, Black Coats, or Prodigal Daughters hiding in a dark corner than I am some different colored wire
Sure there's the Scarecrow skin but they're so rare that you'll run into a paid2win on demand legendary skin 20 times before seeing one
Crytek put the time, money, and effort into making this amazing world concertina effect and it would be great to let it live on passed the event expiration
That’s the thing however: The Scrapbeak wire is thicker, has feathers attached and therefore has a clear difference when it comes to seeing (and shooting) through it compared to regular Concerina wire. :)
