I saw a player run under the bridge so I followed him and found myself stuck in the walls and now the battle eye is blocking all of my game files. Please help me i really like the game and want to play on my account
Can you please specify if the error you were experiencing with BattlEye was an "untrusted file" error? If so, do you happen to have the names of the particular blocked files to provide to me?
If you meant an actual in-game ban, you'll need to reach out to us privately to discuss this. We're not able to discuss sanctions publicly.
If you happened to capture any footage of the bug / glitch you experienced as well, please do provide it to me so I can take a closer look!
