[2020] I cannot play this game, even now after the official launch

Doing so will make sure that everything required for Hyper Scape is properly installed. It will also replace any missing or corrupted game files that could be causing these crashes. Afterward, you can try running the game as an administrator to see if that makes any improvements for you.
