ja atualizei os drivers o windows ja reinstalei o jogo e nada e ja entrei na U-PLAY e chequei a integridade dos arquivos e nada espero que posam me ajuda pois ja estou a um tempo sem jogar e eu confeso que depois que ganhei minha primeira partida eu viciei

Have you had a chance to check to see if your GPU supports Vulkan? If it does, then in order for us to look into it further for you, can I ask you to visit our support website, login to your Ubisoft account and select 'Contact Customer Support'. Once redirected, you will be asked to provide information regarding your issue and we will need you to attach your system files (DxDiag and MsInfo), that will allow us to get a better insight and see what may be causing this.
