Hello,

I wanted to ask why the Twitch Prime Loot is still not claimable on this page https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/loot/Hyperscape it says claimable on 13.July is it locked to a specific time zone ? Because there is also an Article on the hyper scape news page saying we can claim it. https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/game/h...h-twitch-prime

Hey xYata - please accept my apologies for the delayed reply to your thread.

Have you yet been able to redeem the Twitch Prime rewards for Hyper Scape? I was able to do so on my own account without issue, so just wanting to make sure you've been able to do so as well!

If still having issues, can you please provide me with a screenshot of the error message you're seeing (if any)?
