hello! i have recently received a twitch drop for technical test access for hyper scape, around an hour ago. when i finished downloading the application a couple minutes later, i was given the error message "the code execution cannot proceed because vulkan-1.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this program". i have tried to reinstall and have still received the same message. i have looked through the hyper scape forums in technical test player support, but none of that has helped me. i have also ran through all the connection troubleshooting steps and sent a support case.

my computer specs:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363). AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.2GHz. 16384MB RAM. AMD Radeon RX 560

I have found multiple discussions about this issue and merged you all into one. As there are many of you to respond to you, I thought it best I start by offering some troubleshooting, then we can take it from there.

- Check "System requirements" to make sure your system is supported
- Try the steps in "PC troubleshooting" if you believe your system is supported

Your GPU needs to support Vulkan have at least 2GB VRAM.
