[2020] [Crash/Freeze]trainning area is fine but solo and squards crashes

the game launches perfectly fine but when i chouse to play solo and squards its takes me to the loadding screen and when it says joining squards or entering lobby it crashes and then i have to restart my pc

cpu: i5 8400k
gpu: gtx 1070
ram: 8 gb


please help i wanna stream this game
