[2020] Random, Instant death. Then no HUD. Course?

So had a game, was doing fine. Teammates got nuked on solo missions (as per usual of course). Then suddenly I just die, no hit indicator and don't know of a weapon to insta kill you yet, without a headshot. But also left me with no menu or HUD and forced me to force quit the game.
