This sounds like a peculiar issue. Can you provide me with a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings, as well as one of this error message as it appears to you? Does it happen every time you try to launch the game, or intermittently?
Can you also please tell me whether you've performed any troubleshooting steps so far, such as our PC troubleshooting? If not, give those steps a try first.
