[2020] HyperSpace not working no compatible driver/hardware found vulkan no device available

every time i try to launch the game after a short period of time i recieve this message and the game closes itself. (the game never fully starts)

ive tried multiple fixes on youtube tho the top 3 results all dont work fixing this. i have no idea how to fix this even tho i'd love to try out the game. ive been hearing a lot of people have been having this issue before in diffrent ubisoft games aswell. and hope i can get some help with this
