So, where do I start?
Yesterday everything seemed fine but now when I start the game NVIDIA GeForce tells me the game runs at 60FPS, which is fine but it definitely isn't 60FPS (it's way lower, it feels very laggy and unresponsive). When I enable V-Sync, it is true 60FPS (with all the smoothness). When I cap it at 40FPS it as well isn't really 40 FPS it's once again much lower... I don't know why?
I tried all the different settings but nothing seems to resolve this issue, yesterday my FPS weren't even locked and nothing was unsmooth...
