In regards to players not receiving content in their game such as -

- Twitch Drops / Streamer Drops
- Twitch Prime Loot
- Battle Pass rewards
- Ubisoft Connect Rewards / Timed Challenge Rewards
- In-game currency

These items can take anything up to 24 hours to appear on your account, in your game.

We can often investigate this for you in more detail and more personably for you, if you make a support case with us rather than posting in the forum.

If the items do not appear in your game after 24 hours, you are welcome to reach out to us through our Support site here - https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New

If you log into this website with your Ubisoft ID, scroll to the bottom of the page and write in the 'text box' a brief description of the problem, then click on 'Submit My Request', we should be able to respond to you within 48 hours.

Please make sure to include the following -

- Any proof of purchase of the missing item or a screenshot of your Drops Inventory / Twitch Prime loot
- Proof showing you should have obtained the rewards if related to an in-game challenge
- Exact date and time when you purchased / earned that item

We will verify your account first, then happily look into this for you. We track every purchase and reward you have earned for game on your account, so we should be able to check for any missing items from your game that appear on your account. Thank you.

If you are missing the following content from your game -

  • Alpha Packs (Not from Twitch Drops)
  • Battle Pass rewards
  • Purchased Skins / Operators
  • Purchased Credits
  • Ubisoft Connect Rewards

These items will usually take up to 48 hours to appear on your account and in your game.

If your items do not appear in your game after waiting 48 hours, you are welcome to reach out to us through our Support site, here - https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New

When you contact us on the link above, please make sure to have the following information ready -

  • Exact name of missing item
  • Platform and username
  • A proof of purchase for the missing item and a proof of purchase for the game
  • Exact date and time when you purchased that item


Twitch Drops / Twitch Prime content

When watching a qualifying stream, you will receive a notification when you have earned a new drop for the required watch time.

You will then have 24 hours to 'claim' this Drop from your Twitch Drop Inventory screen. If you do not 'claim' the drop within this time, you will not receive this item in the game.

Twitch Drop content will not be pushed to your game, until that particular stream campaign has ended. Stream campaigns will usually last for 1 week. You should receive your Twitch Drop within 48 hours of the campaign end.
