I was playing with my friends until I died with my axe in the right hand but when I died the axe stayed in my hand in a weird position... it was there until they revived me and it happened once.Am i the only one?

That certainly sounds unusual! Were you able to reproduce this issue whilst playing the tech test?
If possible, do you have any videos showing this happening in game?
