Welcome to the forums, sorry to hear that you are getting this .dll error. We are aware of an issue with launching Hyper Scape with the Vulkan system. Please update your drivers prior to launching Hyper Scape.
Once your drivers have been updated, please restart your computer and try again.

If this issue persists, can you please provide us with dxdiag and msinfo files?
