1 i bought the deluxe edition on rainbow six siege and only recieved year 2 operators not the year 1 operators

2 i'm trying to download hyper scape but i don't get the activasion key for it and i can't find it in my ubisoft launcher

Sorry to hear about the issues you faced.

Regarding downloading Hyper Scape, can you please try empty the cache of Ubisoft Connect client? Please see our support article.

As for the operators on Rainbow Six: Siege, we would need to check the purchase and your account. Please contact us on Facebook or Twitter in a private/direct message. Alternatively, you can also create a support ticket.
