[2020] Custom crosshair feature or change current one

I don't think this is just me who thinks like this, but the crosshair is very ugly and uncomfortable. There's a lot of lines around, it feels more like a constant hitmark crosshair.

Personally, an X shaped crosshair with a gap in the middle would be way better.

Or as an alternative let us customize our crosshair please
