When I try to launch Hyperscape it fails to launch and I get the following error message: No compatible driver found (vulkan) Vk createlnstance failed: (VK_ERROR _INITIALIZAION_FAILED). I believe I have the latest drivers. Does anyone know how to solve this?

First of all, please make sure that your GPU drivers are fully updated and reinstall the game.
If issue persists, would you be able to visit our support website, submit a ticket by clicking 'Contact Customer Support' and provide us with your system files (DxDiag and MsInfo).
