[2020] huge lag spikes and game freezes

my pc is above the requirements i get around 70-80fps but every 10-20 seconds i get a huge freeze with 1-5fps for at least a few seconds which is really annyoing (also lagging on discord while lagging in the game) dk if it might be my pc thats just running out of life over the 4 past years but since i can play smoothly in training course i think it might be some performance things that need to be fixed in next patches, also could be something with the servers since they might get really overflowed since the hype is coming now.
