So i installed the game and went straight to settings and put it in borderless mode and after i did that everything keeps on turning off and on. I uninstalled the game twice and that didn't help. Also, everything freezes like all my monitors and everything freezes then unfreeze.

You appear to be facing multiple issues at the same time there, it's difficult to point this to one thing.
It may be best for us to support you via a support ticket, so we can review your system files. Before we move there however, let's do what we can on the forums!
- When did you install the game and start experiencing this issue?
- If you change to a different mode (windowed / fullscreen) does that help, or does the same issue occur?
- What are your PC specifications?
- Are you perhaps able to grab a short recording of what happens? It may help us understand the issue from your perspective
