[2020] Vulkan Errors

Hey I have been getting a pop up messgae 'The procedure entry point vulkan-dll......'

I searched online and tried the fixes but with no luck

I have a HP EliteBook 8470P

GPU: Amd Radeon HD 7570M (1 Vram I think)
CPU: Intel I7 (3rd Generation)
Ram: 8GB

I Use Windows 10
And 64 bit

I Was wondering if the reason to why i cannot continue to play was due to my specs or if it could possibly a software issue that can be fixed.
