[2020] Stuttering in game

HELLO guys good day, like the title says my game keep stuttering sometimes due to connection plug in the right bottom corner of the screen sometimes for nothing related connections problem (stuttering appearing only on Hyperscape and apex legends and trust me i have a lot of game and i've played a lot of since now) i have a fiber connection 100 mega (70/80 download and almost 20 upload sometimes and low ping like 20 or 10 on OKLAA SPEEDTEST, never had a problem except some times my provider had a problem himself like bad server status and so on, this is a post i will upload on reddit too so i provide a video where i show in twelve (12) minutes the problem i got PLUS my video options in video options section
