Attempting to run the game in fullscreen or borderless windowed mode causes my second monitor (extend display, not duplicate) to go completely black so long as the game is open, and the game doesn't run (<10 fps, constant flickering) on any graphics settings, however the game runs perfectly fine (consistent >100 fps with max graphics) in windowed mode

perhaps relevant information: my monitors are different resolutions (720p and 1080p) and also have different refresh rates (60hz and 144hz), my GPU is an ROG Strix 1080, CPU is a Ryzen 7 1700, 8GB of RAM, game is installed on an SSD
