As it stands, I can confirm that our team is aware of an issue with Hyper Scape failing to launch due to a Vulkan Initialization error, therefore in order to resolve this, please ensure that your Graphics Card Drivers are fully up to date (AMD ; NVIDIA).
If issue persists, reinstall the game and keep us updated!
