[2020] Shorten the time after you die before you can start matchmaking

Currently when you die, it takes a while to take you through a bunch of animations and menu stuff before you can press to match make again. If it was allowed to do this earlier I feel it would make it feel a lot snappier getting into another game. Even if it didn't actually start matchmaking. But as someone that dies quite often within the first minute or two, I find myself slightly frustrated having to sit and wait through a bunch of stuff I don't care about, to actually get to playing the game again.

Just my opinion, I have the same problem with most BR games which is why I tend to not play them, spend more time in waiting than playing.
