i am updating my hyperscape game but due to some reason the download stops at 75% and says "download failed ,please check your internet connection and restart" eventhough I have an active internet connection,i have tried restarting several times and the problem is the same please help me with it.

I'm sorry that you are unable to update the game. Please run through our Uplay PC troubleshooting guide, ensuring that you forward the required ports as well.
If the issue persists, please run Uplay with admin rights and try the download again.
