[2020] Vulkan-1dll error

So i have been trying to start up the game but i keep getting an error. it says "The code execution cannot proceed beacause vulkan-1dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." i have tried numerous things like unistalling and reinstalling both hyper scape and uplay. i have also went into Local Disk(C/ProgramFiles(x86)/Ubisoft/UbisoftGameLauncher/games/hyperscape/Support/Redist/vs2012runtime and tried repairing.(this was a solution shown in another forum but hasnt worked for me. if anyone has a solution or needs to know my graphics card etc. please let me know :/
