Alright, after playing tons of solos and dying plentiful times.
There are some weapons that I feel should need some adjustments;

Let's start with the elephant in the room

-Protocol V
For a rifle that hits incredibly hard, it should be projectile-based.
Anyone can tap anything within its line of sight, no matter what distance they're at.
If it remains hitscan, it should have some damage drop-off, but keep headshot damage as the same.

-Harpy
It hits pretty hard at its rate of fire.
Feels like a better Ripper compared.
Give it increased recoil on hipfire and ADS.
Or decrease its damage by 2.

-Skybreaker
Underwhelming at first, but in the right hands, it's pretty lethal when used correctly.
Everyone dies, including myself, to the Sky + Harpy combo.
My suggestion?
Decrease max distance damage down to 52 and decrease its explosion radius by a bit.

-D-Tap
It's a neutered smart pistol.
Decrease damage down to 5 on max upgrade and slightly tone down hipfire range.

-Mammoth
I don't know why I keep grabbing this shotgun despite its inconsistency.
It has some tight hipfire accuracy, but my suggestion is to make that widen that just by a bit.

I think that's pretty much all I have for feedback on these weapons in particular.
Iunno what do you guys think?

Oh dang, just realized this should be in the OBT Feedback section.

After thinking about it, making it projectile base could potentially kill the weapon off. With the amount of movement options in the game, it would make it incredibly difficult to hit anything. I do think having damage drop off would be the optimal solution, especially for those kills at over 300 meters away.

The Harpy does shred pretty nicely, but has a smaller mag than the Ripper. I could see potentially tweaking the recoil more as an option! I'm keeping an eye out for more Harpy discussions.

I think you are right when saying that the Skybreaker can be pretty lethal in the right hands. I tend to run Sky + Riot One myself. I think 52 damage is quite a large drop, so I am not sure if it also needs the explosion radius to be decreased as well?

-D-Tap
It's a neutered smart pistol.
Decrease damage down to 5 on max upgrade and slightly tone down hipfire range.
I've been seeing D-Tap come up a bit more often now, as people are sometimes frustrated when they die to the D-Tap because of it's easy to use feature.

The Mammoth is fairly strong as long as you are hitting your shots. Do you think the ADS accuracy needs to be tweaked at all or just hipfiring?
