Since the support team doesn't seem to understand even tho multiple people have reported these issues. I meet the requirements for this game, not just the minimum. I met the recommended requirements for this game. I have made all of my drivers are up to date. I made sure my windows was updated. everything is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled uplay AND hyper scape. I am using an AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 graphics card. AGAIN, I have made sure that everything was UP TO DATE!!!

Please create a support ticket with our Technical Support team, then attach your MSINFO and DXDIAG files to your case and share your case number with us here.
