You mentioned that you deleted the file 'vivoxsdk.dll' did you try verifying the game files afterwards before launching the game again? LoneMutant mentioned that this worked for them.

If you have verified the game files and the same error message appears then I would recommend reinstalling the game then try again. However if you do not receive the error or if you have already tried reinstalling the game then please try these PC troubleshooting steps.

If the issue still persists, could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files (dxdiag and msinfo) and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
