[2020] Resolution not working

When I start the game, it will say "Can not display this resolution, change back to 1920x108 @60Hz". It's already on that and I just see a black screen with that message. I can still hear the audio and when I click random buttons, it will do stuff in the game, the resolution just doesn't work.
