I am running a 2080ti and i900ks, with 2k resolution 119hz on a Samsung Q90 TV. When I press alt-z I encounter an overlay thats pixelated and blurry, and NVIDIA photo modes tools show the native display of the overlay at 720p even tho my resolution not that. Game runs fine, looks 2k and buttery smooth. But this alt-z GeForce overlay panel appearing pixelated makes it hard to see any part of nvidia GeForce overlay

This is certainly something we can investigate. Can you please provide an image so we can see what you're referring to?
