So Twitch notified me that I got the technical test drop. But it isn't in my uplay game library. And when I actually login to the drop page on ubisoft.com it says I don't have a drop yet. Confused

I am sorry that you are unable to locate the Drop. You need to claim this through the News Banner in Uplay (if in a supported country), and sometimes you need to restart Uplay to see this banner.
