[2020] Vulkan Error

When i try to launch the game it gives display driver version not supported error and closes the game when i close the error messasge.It gives the same error when using rainbow six's vulcan too but at least it not closes itself and i can play with vulcan for rainbow 6. Hyper scale closes itself after closing the error message.
