[2020] Mouse loses tracking when RMB is released

I am having an issue only in this game. When I release the right mouse button after aiming down sights my mouse loses tracking. This only happens if I move my mouse after aiming down sights.
-Windows 10 newest update
-Logitech G502 lightspeed with power play charging mat.
- Same results whether on wireless or wired, also tried uninstalling logitech software and running with windows driver but issue still happens

-2080super
-32gb ram
