I love this game. I never played this type of global shooter until this game. Everything about it is totally awesome. The challenges(core) are great. But there hard to achieve if you can not enter the the "Battle Royale" engagements. I have a life. I can not play 24 hours a day. I will not pay for things I can not achieve. My equipment is easily up to the challenge. Being in Australia, maybe the internet lag is a problem, but if you tell me I might be able to improve on this end. I have 5 restores to go and 2 days to do it. ps. I have always supported and bought UBISOFT games. Even if this does not work for me I will still purchase your work. UBISOFT has a history of brilliant games, I as a user, I am a part of that.

Hello Gotika-6,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your excitement about Hyper Scape! I totally agree with you - if you have limited time, getting into a competitive Battle Royale system might be challenging. But on the other's side, it's a really fun experience!

Regarding the lag you mentioned and the waiting time to enter the Crown Rush, can you please perform all the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? This helps us to ensure that the connectivity to the game servers is optimal.

Many thanks and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.

As a result of your "Article" I suspect the 730m copper line to my nearest Pilar, the node being another 20m away before fiber Optic takes over may be the culprit. At least when it does work well(not to often) I get into the fray in under 10 minutes.
Thank you for your update and for taking a look at the support article we provided.

If you are unfamiliar with port forwarding your internet service provider may be able to provide you support that matches your setup directly.
