[2020] Connection/latency issues.

I seriously doubt it's my connection - I had a ping -t running the entire time I was playing and didn't register a single lost packet or any ping times higher than 400ms. No issues with any other persistently online games. And yet, the yellow/red latency/connection notifiers on the ride side of the screen were constant. Rubber banding made the game unplayable.

Sucks. Would've liked to check this out. Didn't last five minutes.

Anyone else with this problem?
